Regla general Añaden:

Se quita la -e y se añade:
Los verbos terminados en: -e have  having
-ing make  making
Los verbos terminados en: Doblan la última consonante run  running
sit  sitting
consonante + vocal + consonante
y se añade: -ing swim  swimming
