What is the underlying problem in this case from the fast-food industry's perceptive?
1. The underlying problem for the fast-food industry’s is that they are providing unbearable
work environments with low paying wages without providing much incentives for the youth that
are working these jobs. There is also little opportunity for advancement within the companies.
Since they are not doing much to change things this is causing a high turnover within the
industry.

managers notice who is providing good work for the company so they can move up within the
company someday and earn high wages. If an employee is showing that they can about the
company when they are a front-line worker than they will benefit the company in the long run.
The managers will need to notice this talent and give praise to the employees for their hard
work. Having a better incentive system in place will let the front-line employees know that they
matter and provide them with a reason to work harder so they can move up in the company
