 Check-in- each person will share their highs and lows from the week. 
 Debrief training, move-in, and the past two weeks in general. 
 Go over some duty reminders from professional staff. 
 Talk about master key protocol.  
 Discuss one on one resident meetings in a COVID-19 world.  
 Discuss the new programming procedures and deadlines for this semester. 
 Address any questions or concerns of the group.

 Check-in- each person will share their highs and lows for the week. 
 Going forward, we are going to start doing some quick ice breaker activities each
week to start building some community. This week each of us is going to share
our best and worst memories at Merrimack. 
 Duty review- address any incidents or concerns that have been present in North
over the past week. 
 Check in on resident one on ones. 
 Programming updates- we are going to go over new programming procedures,
deadlines, supply ordering, building and area wide programming. We will also go
over the ACT programming guidelines as well. 
 Address any other questions or concerns of the group 
 We are also going to do an activity that I learned from Jeremy called high-fives
which we will go over tonight

 Check-in- each person will share their highs and lows from the week 
 In continuing with our team building aspect of our weekly meetings, each person
is going to share one thing that they are looking forward to this school year at
Merrimack and one thing that you are looking forward to in your life outside of
Merrimack
 Duty Review- express any questions or concerns related to duty. Talk about
some duty coverage we need to do tonight. 
 Check-in on resident one on ones- this needs to be done by the end of the
month 
 Programming review- I am going to go over some updates in terms of September
programming approval process. We will also talk about the approval process for
doing in-person programs. Remember that the deadline for October programs is
September 15th which is quickly approaching! Will address any questions or
concerns relating to programming as I know that is confusing.

 We are going to do a mid-semester check-in about how things are going in North,
in your classes, and in general. We still have a chance to make changes if
necessary!

 Programming check-in- we will talk about how we may need to think about
programming and the changes that may need to come. We are going to
brainstorm our area program over in Lot J on November 1st

tomorrow at midnight. Make sure your submit any program proposals for the rest
of the semester tomorrow including the Honors LLC programs that you are going
to do or have done this semester.

 General Residence Life Updates- Addressing Student Concerns, Incident Report
Writing, and submitting your paperwork to come back for next semester from
Jon’s email. 
 Talk about facilities issues- check-in on trash and pod door situations. Go over
checking facilities issues while on duty and indicating the issues on the duty log. 
 Programming check-in- all program proposals are in for the rest of so this will be
a brief check-in to make sure that you have anything that you need. Believe it or
not, we are starting to think about next semester’s programming. Start to think
about what you might want to do.
