Going forward, we are going to start doing some quick ice breaker activities each
week to start building some community. This week each of us is going to share
our best and worst memories at Merrimack.

Programming updates- we are going to go over new programming procedures,
deadlines, supply ordering, building and area wide programming. We will also go
over the ACT programming guidelines as well.

In continuing with our team building aspect of our weekly meetings, each person
is going to share one thing that they are looking forward to this school year at
Merrimack and one thing that you are looking forward to in your life outside of
Merrimack

Programming review- I am going to go over some updates in terms of September
programming approval process. We will also talk about the approval process for
doing in-person programs. Remember that the deadline for October programs is
September 15th which is quickly approaching! Will address any questions or
concerns relating to programming as I know that is confusing.
