PT. Samulos Harmoni Energi Perkasa (“SHEP”) is a privately-owned company that works in
the operations and support, construction, product processing and transportation of mining
related activities. PT SHEP is a subsidiary of PT Dewata Freight International TBK
(“DFI”)which is engaged in logistics which is growing rapidly in the last 5 years
SHEP has been growing exponentially since its foundation in June 2018, a simple project is
on the island of Borneo (East, South & Central Borneo) with total coal production of
100.000-150,000 mt/month.

of Jakarta, Indonesia. On average, each of SHEP’s
key management and operational team have
more than 20 years of experience. The company’s
