2.5.0 VFC Series Frequency Inverter

installation and programme any more,the whole product is assemble completely before
leaving factory,the customer only need to connect the supply power .The air pressure
could be selected by the strong smart controller of the frequency inverter continually ,and
change the rotary speed exactly,to ensure that the actual air displacement is consistent
with the user ’ s air consumption.The reaction speed of the frequency inverter within
milliseconds,meanwhile,the speed could be corrected within 3ms,to make the output air
pressure could be controlled precisely in smallest range.

A, Wide applicable : apply to vector control of induction motor and permanent magnet
synchronous motor, effectively reduce inventory, without considering the motor type
compatibility, no longer need to different motor respectively for different frequency
converter in stock.

VFC air compressor under the principle of stable exhaust pressure,the rotate speed of air end and
motor could be changed precisely in according to the change of machine air consumption, so that
the air compressor only output how much air consumption you need, and at the same time only
consume the necessary energy to output these quantities of the air. So that to achieve the
purpose of saving energy, the costs of the entire unit operating cycle energy savings will be far
more than the price of air compressor itself.

compressors compared with common
compressors,energy saving effect is mainly reflected
in two aspects:the normal air compressor no-load
and the compressor
pressure wave ADPL loss.55 kw in a single unit,the
annual average 70% of air production as an
example,the annual savings of about 80000kwh
electricity,about two years,a set can recover the
investment cost variable frequency drive.

2.START AND RUN

The below figure shows the comparison of some ways to start,it can be seen,the frequency air
compressor is slowly accelerating to start,which is more stable than soft start,avoid the current
peak completely,after the start to run to the rated pressure to take frequency conversion
operation.And also the greatest extent possible to adopt to the use in the environment of power
shortages.

3. CONSTANT PRESSURE AIR SUPPLY

The figure shows the ordinary air compressor and inverter air compressor in the operation of the
situation compared.Frequency air compressor could be based on the balance between air
discharge and power consumption to avoid frequently loaded or unloaded in the situation of

installed and commissioned safely and successfully.

On-site Services
On-site services can be provided by ZIQI technicians or local Authorized Service Center. All
service jobs are completed with a detailed service report which is given to the customer. You
can contact with ZIQI company to request a service offer.

Spare Parts

ZIQI and the local distributors aim to stock all relevant spare parts necessary for maintenance
of our customers’ equipment. We continuously update our stock and are able to deliver original
spares for all kinds of products. Wear parts and the most commonly used spare parts are all
available from our central stocks in Shanghai and all distributors’ depots. However, we
recommend that you stock some spare parts at your end for all equipment. An adequate stock
of spare parts is also essential in order to minimize annoying system shutdowns and
subsequent production losses. We can provide you with lists of adequate parts for your stock
and undertake the task of advising original spare parts to meet with the system’s exact
specifications.

Making a claim and Complaints procedure

If you discover a problem with your equipment, the action you should take depends on
different situations below:

 Problem during warranty
Warranty Certificate policy, ZIQI company is responsible for putting right any defects covered
by the policy, you should contact ZIQI company or your contractor in the first instance.

 Problem out of warranty time

Out of warranty time, we provide you with all necessary support and service with basic cost of
putting right the damage and fixing the problem. You should also contact ZIQI company or your
contractor in the first instance.

 Complaints procedure
Our commitment is to provide a claims handling service that is effective, professional,
courteous and prompt to provide the best possible service to all ZIQI clients.

If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your claim, we have a full complaints
procedure. The procedure has three stages. We hope to resolve most complaints at stage 1.

Stage 1
You make a complaint to us. It will be dealt with by the section responsible for the service you
are complaining about.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing, by email or by phone within 2 working days. We
aim to resolve your complaint within 3 working days.

Stage 2
We have investigated your complaint but you are not satisfied. Please let us know within 7
working days of receiving our stage 1 response letter.

At this stage, your complaint will be dealt with by our Customer Services Team or the director
of the department responsible for the service you are complaining about.

We will acknowledge your dissatisfaction within 2 working days. We aim to resolve your
complaint within 5 working days.

Stage 3
We have further investigated your complaint but you are not satisfied. Please let us know
within 10 working days of receiving our stage 2 response letter.

At this stage your complaint will be dealt with by the Chief Executive. We will acknowledge
your dissatisfaction within 1 working day.
