This role will be preferably based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania but we are open from candidates from other
European locations.
Your mission:
• Build and implement a centralized talent acquisition model and team working in a highly matrixed
organization;
• Lead the organizational change efforts associated with transitioning our talent acquisition strategy
and build trusting relationships with HR leaders, business leaders, and other key partners across
the organization;
• Lead the new Europe Talent Acquisition Function to ensure we hire top diverse talent at speed;
• Drive alignment of processes, establish Service Level Agreements and Key Performance
Indicators;
• Own the identification, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of tools, technology, resources,
governance, and supporting relationships required to deliver day-to-day work;
• Be accountable for crafting and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes that ensure the
delivery of a pipeline of the best candidates with the greatest efficiency, from workforce planning
to onboarding;
• Assess external labor market conditions, analyze trends, build metrics and understand business
needs to develop highly effective proactive recruiting strategies;
• In partnership with Marketing, build a high impact 'employment brand' which includes a marketing
strategy to promote Emerson as an employer of choice;
