STARBUCKS
1. Vision Statement
The vision statement of Starbucks is “to establish Starbucks as the premier
purveyor of the finest coffee in the world while maintaining our uncompromising
principles while we grow”.
Analysis:
Based on Starbucks vision statement, The fact that they mentioned
maintaining and compromising principles is quite admirable. Starbucks has already
won the heart of many by providing exclusive service worldwide. As mentioned
before, the company culture is very inclusive and accepting. The practice of fairness
and ethics is something the company aims to retain in the future as well.

2. Mission Statement
The mission statement of Starbucks is “To inspire and nurture the human
spirit one person, one cup and one neighbourhood at a time.”
Analysis:
Based on Starbucks mission statement, ”The statement also shows how the
corporate section of this company is aiming to achieve sustainability, it is evident that
Starbucks emphasizes on building meaningful human relationships. It is a glimpse of
the warmth of the company culture”.
GOOGLE
1. Vision Statement
The vision statement of Google is, “to provide access to the world’s
information in one click.”
Analysis:
The Vision statement is Google concept of linking its customers to
information across the globe is based on the past struggles to access data using
conventional methods. To solve this problem, the founder designed an open-access
platform where users can have unlimited information at their exposure. The
company not only identifies existing webpages and stores this information for its
users but also ensures that anyone across the globe can access it through its search
engine service.

2. Mission Statement
The mission statement of google is, “to organize the world’s information and
make it universally accessible and useful.”
Analysis:
Google is perhaps the most successful company to come up with a strategic
approach to organize information for online users in the last two decades. With this
company, it has become easier and better structured making it not only accessible
but also useful. It is this influential role that the mission statement of the company
emphasizes on.
Google satisfies its sharing of new ideas component by providing a stable
platform for people and companies to disseminate their content. The company has
been credited for being one of the most informative establishments of its time.
Google has come out strongly as an empowering firm with a variety of channels it
has designed and integrated to ensure its users are treated to limitless sources of
information.
ADIDAS
1. Vision Statement
The vision statement of Adidas is, “to be the design leaders with a focus on
getting the best out of the athletes with performance guaranteed products in the
sports market globally.”
Analysis:
The vision statement can be drawn from the operations and the priorities
of the company, It emphasizes on the creativity that characterizes Adidas making it
a top brand among the best players in the niche it operates. 

2. Mission Statement
The mission statement of Adidas is, “The Adidas Group strives to be the
global leader in the sporting goods industry with brands built on a passion for
sports and a sporting lifestyle. We are committed to continuously strengthening
our brands and products to improve our competitive position.”
Analysis:
In this mission statement, Adidas emphasizes on its role to continuously lead
in offering its customers the best products. For the love of sports, Adidas has a
sports-specific culture embedded in everything about the company. For instance,
the Adidas is very particular when it comes to specifics of what it showcases for
each category of sports such as shoes for men and women, and the respective
sports they engage in. Other than in the provision of sportswear, Adidas is a great
supporter of sports through targeted campaigns and sponsorship programs to
support young talents.
