SEARLE We are pleased to appoint you as a Medical Information Executive in JC-10 for Orchid
Blue based at Mirpur (AJK) Region subject to a probationary period of six months w.e.f. March 02, 2020. After
completion of the said probationary period, your services will be confirmed in writing as as permanent
employee.

Terms and condition of employment is based on the following:

1. EMOLUMENTS

Basic Salary Rs. 6904/-

House Rent Relief Rs. 4107/-
Utility Rs. 690/-
Scooter Depreciation Allowance Rs. 1000/-
Statutory & Mandatory Allowance Rs. 800/-
Special Allowance Rs. 3000/-
Medical Allowance Rs.1000/-
Gross Salary Rs. 17501/-

Entitlement of Expenses.

Head Quarter Conveyance Allowance / Daily Rs. 330/- per working day.
Allowance
Up-Country Touring – Night Stay Rs. 700/- with HQ Conveyance Rs. 330/-
Up-Country Tour for the day only Rs. 335/- with HQ conveyance Rs. 330/-
Fare per k.m. Rs. 2.75/-k.m.
2. WORKING HOURSE
You are required to spend a minimum of 44 hours per week actively detailing doctors, chemist etc.
Actual timings will be conveyed to you from time to time according to the area in which you are
working.
3. PLACE OF WORK
Your current probationary appointment is for Mirpur (AJK) but in accordance with your application for
employment with this computer, you can be called upon to serve anywhere in Pakistan at the
Company’s entire discretion.
