VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Positions are available on contract basis in the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training
(MoFEPT) under development projects being implemented by MoFEPT initially for a period of 2 years as
given under:

Program Assistant Rs.60,000/- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University in Project
(PPS-06) Management / Business Administration / Management, possessing:

02-Positions  Minimum 2 years of similar experience;


 Good typing speed;
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
 Good written and verbal communication skills;

Financial Rs.60,000/- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University, in Project


Management, Management, Business Administration (Finance), Accounting,
Assistant possessing:
(PPS-06)
 Experience of at least 02 years in Financial management,
01-Position producing financial statements and preparing audit reports / audit
files;
 Good understanding of public sector accounting and financial
management systems;
 Well-developed IT skills, familiarity with Financial Management
Systems and advanced experience using Microsoft Excel;
 Ability to communicate with Senior Managers/Coordinators,
Internal and External Auditors and internal and external
stakeholders etc.;
 Good written and verbal communication skills;

Procurement, Rs.60,000/- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University, Project Management,
Assistant Business Administration, Supply Chain, possessing:
(PPS-06)
 Experience of at least 02 years in Procurement;
01-Position  Good understanding of public sector procurement, accounting and
financial management systems;
 Well-developed IT skills, familiarity with Procurement
Management Systems and advanced experience using Microsoft
Office;
 Good oral and written communications skills;
 Good written and verbal communication skills.

Monitoring and Rs.60,000/- Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University in Business
Evaluation Administration, Project Management, IT related fields, or relevant
Assistant (PPS-06) discipline, possessing:

02-Positions  At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation


of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by National/
International NGOs/UN bodies/ Government etc;
 Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection,
analysis and production of reports;
 Good Command on Information and Communication Technology
(ICT)
 Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;
 Strong training & facilitation skills.

Office Internee / Rs.30,000/- Young university graduates (of HEC recognized Universities) in field of
Trainee Social Sciences/ Project Management/Information Technology/
Computer Sciences/ Business Administration, possessing skills in:

 Ability to handle tasks related to Data Monitoring and


Evaluation;
 Ability to handle report writing tasks;
 Excellent command on handling Analytical Tools and Reporting
Techniques;
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
 English Language Skills.

 Only shortlisted candidates on the basis of eligibility criteria will be called for interview. Virtual /online
interview will be arranged on request. No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
 During the period of contract, if selected candidate proved for provision of forged information and fake /
bogus documents, the Ministry reserve the rights to cancel the contract at any stage and legal action will
be initiated accordingly.
 The Ministry reserve the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase / decrease the
number of pots as per requirements.

Assistant  Assist Coordinator Administration & Procurement to ensure timely procurement and
(PPS-06) arrangement of all human and equipment resources
 Carry out core procurement duties in line with Operations Manual relevant rules.
 Arrange and facilitate procurement committee meetings for approval/selection of
suppliers/service providers.
 Prepare vouchers for payments and other supporting documents for submission to
Finance for timely release of payments.
 Support Coordinator Administration & Procurement in making arrangements and
coordinating events.
 Support Coordinator Administration & Procurement in making travel arrangements.
 Perform any other duties assigned by the Coordinator Administration & Procurement.

Evaluation  To assist Coordinator in developing quantitative and qualitative tools for data
