PRAYER PRAYER
Let’s not forget the substance of this meal, Jesus Christ! Not the bread and the juice, but
the presence of the one that it represents, the living Christ! Who has come today and
who has invited us to this simple and yet meaningful meal. And it is not because of the
meal but because of the person who has invited us. Let us contemplate on the words of
Jesus who said " For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the
Lord's death till he come.”

He has given us something very simple to remember Him. Jesus has left us this simple
emblem of bread and wine. It that meal, he brought us the past, the present and future
together. He want us to be reminded for His love for us, for He died on the Calvary for
our sins.
