BEST SELF EXERCISE
t best of myself I tend to engage more with people. I usually contribute and
bring new and unique ideas of my own to daily life as well as my work, I
also do not attach any ego as well as expect more from those ideas, I also
do not have a biased approach in my ideas and I rather tend to accept
other opinions and encourage their better ideas. I like to hear what
people think, and to deliver finished products and services that reflect the diverse
perspective of my teams. I am at my best a quite open person to and accept diverse
behavior, at best I stay calm and is not irritated by people that tend to have
different opinions than me or portray unreasonable behavior. I have a good sense of
complexity, combining common threads from different viewpoints. Mostly while
taking day to day decision I have strong standards and I am risk averse, my best self
calculates the ideas and will eventually stop myself from doing the wrong thing.
The information I carry and share with others is based on the material I read and
these arguments are backed up with strong facts. I challenge myself mentally,
emotionally and physically. I study more about the trending facts and figures to
have a strong input from my side in the day to day conversations and verify the
information gathered coming from family, friends and colleagues. At my best self I
have a balanced sense of acceptance between my opinions and what others have to
say, if they have strong arguments against the facts that I have already gathered I
would recognize their facts.
The best of myself neither tend to vote for conservative nor radical parties of the
nation instead I vote on a rational basis. I easily believe and trust others and have a
strong sense of feeling that people won’t do wrong to me whether in a work project
or day to day tasks with friends and family. In the same way I am an excellent team
player and have always plays a strong role of cooperation with everyone instead of
competition I prefer to help others who are connected with me. I have a friendly
aura and people usually feel trusted and calm around me, the closest of my friends
and family always have the idea of me supporting them.
I do not take pride in my personal integrity, making ethical decisions, and balancing
convention and tradition. When necessary, I chart my own course, and inspire
others to follow with sound reason and logic. I honor my commitments and work
hard, even in the face of significant challenges. I synthesize complex ideas into
understandable communications. I use story to persuade, and connect.

HR Professional:
Based on the following opinions I think I have the ability to become a good HR
professional;
I believe that I display the ability to make quick decisions. To explain further let’s
assume that there is a conflict between a superior and an employee in the
organization. An HR professional will try to mediate and put an end to the conflict,
the professional might have to make some quick decisions. I am always mentally
alert and therefore not get caught unawares.
Being responsible of the personnel or human resource department, I display
integrity. I consider honesty and frankness as the hallmarks for me being a good
human resource professional. I am confident that employees will never doubt the
integrity of me being the personnel manager.
I am extremely patient and not someone who loses his temper easily. While dealing
with employees, it is important to be a good listener, especially when an employee
is voicing his concerns. And good listening skills require a lot of patience, I posses’
good level of these skills.
Another quality that I have is good leadership skills, these skills are essential to
guide the employees towards achieving the organization’s objectives. I also keep
people motivated whether in a team or in a leadership role and I encourage them to
use their skills for the overall good of the enterprise.
Another essential quality of a human resource professional that I have is good
communication. In fact, being a major part, this role involves interacting with
employees, unions, and management, being a good communicator is a must and I
have it in me.
