Executive Summary
Combo shower gel will be a unique and innovative product that will provide the . It is not a
normal shower gel but product which will give three service to people. Consumer can use it as
shampoo, as a body scrub and as a face wash. By this product, increase awareness to consumers
about the ease of use of a shower gel over a normal soap.

In order to gain consumers attention, a well strategized market plan is needed. People are not
ready to use a new product, if they do not find it unique than the existing one. This marketing
plan of Combo Shower Gel is made based on current market situation and people’s changing
wants.

Market Summary
If we look back in the past 5 years, we can see that market has launched a various
types of beauty products. Now people are interested in trying new products. They
have become more conscious. Combo shower gel can grab the market because it is
and unique and innovative product. It will create a sense of awareness to save our
time and get three services by one simple product. It will also offer a day long
freshness. So, it can be a great competition for other existing products in market.

Market segmentation is dividing the market according to various methods such as


geographic, demographic, psychological and behavioral.

Geographic

 Combo shower gel is a unisex product which can be used by both male and
female. People between 18 to 40 will be able to use this product.
 It can be a useful product for the office going people because they I want a
hygienic and freshening shower after or before office.
 It will also safe the time is it works as three

We can see a lot of mini pack of shampoo and other things in market. Income can
be a factor because there is no mini pack of combo shower gel. It will be only
available in bottle.

Demographic

 This product is specially for urban middle-class and higher-class people


because they are more conscious about new product. Most likely they follow
the trends.
 Combo shower gel is a premium gel primary targeted at educated middle
class consumers.

Psychographic

Combo shower gel will try to change the psychology that we do not need every
beauty product separately in order to keep ourselves clean. We can use only one
product and keep ourselves hygiene and clean.

SWOT analysis of combo shower gel analysis the brand with its strength weakness opportunities
and threats. In combo shower gel SWOT analysis, the strength and weaknesses are the internal
factors where the opportunities and threats are the external factors. This analysis is a Framework
which wheel enables a product like combo shower gel to benchmark its business and
performance as compared to the other competitors in the market.

Strength
1. combo shower gel is a unique product which will work on our body face and hair at the same
time.

2. Firstly, it will soft in the skin and remove the dead cells of our body.

1.Every product has threats when it comes to market. So, combo shower gel will also may face
some threats.

2.As it is a new product, it can be hard to make consumers switch from conventional soaps to
alternative like a shower gel.

3.People in Bangladesh mostly used soap shampoo and body wash separately. There are already
a lot of other international and domestic alternatives available for shower gel. It can be a huge
threat for this new product.

Target group is a set of consumers who share same kind of interests. The target group of combo
shower gel is the people who travels a lot and also the corporate people who leads a busy life. In
this project we are targeting shower gel consumers of of 18 to 40 years of age. This age range
will be appropriate for Bangladesh to make the project feasible.

There are several rational behind using this target group. Females can also enjoy this product for
the beneficial offer like moisturizing, natural skin elasticity and firming.

the overall idea of targeting will be based on the segments which we think will be attractive
based financial benefit strike sales revenues and profit. In this case have to be careful enough to
target the segments which will result in generating consistent returns.

A value proposition is a bundle of product and services that creates value for customers. It
describes the benefits that a customer expects from the product and service.

Points of party (POP)


POP stands for points of party are the associations which are not unique to the brand whether
they are shared with other related brands. It is necessary to have some common features with the
other existing product in order to be recognized in market because most of the people are not
ready to accept a new brand rather, they look for the ingredients which they used to have in their
previous used products.
The common pop in combo shower gel is following below

 remove dead cells from body and face
 Smooth and shiny hair

Points of difference (POD)


Points of differences stands for the attributes or benefits that consumers strongly associate with
the brand and they also believe that they could not find the same extent with competitive brand.

People do not have to buy shampoo body scrub and face wash separately. All they have to buy is
one bottle of combo shower gel. The point of differences will encompass the overall cleansing
and freshness which people will enjoy through their rest of the life.

The combo shower gel will have the ingredients which will ensure the hygiene and cleansing at
an optimum level. A standard formulation is maintained during the continuous product
development in the laboratory. The packaging and looks of the bottle are also important to seek
the consumers attention.
1) This product will work as a shampoo, as a face wash and as a body wash.
2) it will have menthol to keep cool for a long time.
3) freshening fragrance will keep our mind relax.

The price of are product is cheaper than the other competitors product so that people can easily
have it.
• the 250 ml bottle of combo shower gel is 300 bdt e.
The competitor of combo shower gel is editor shower gel. Its price is 350 bdt of 250 ml. Here we
can see that the price of our product is released then the competitor.
• the 150 ml bottle of combo shower gel is 200 bdt.

Place
Combo shower gel is Available in both Dhaka and Chittagong this too is the largest business
area.
Consumer can get this product at shop outlet Zigatola, Dhaka.

It is also available in Meena bazaar dhanmondi outlet Dhaka.

Promotion

Promotion is the the most important part of launching a product because people can get to know
this product from here.
There will be several billboards at dhanmondi and banani cause these two place at the centre
place of Dhaka.
We can do advertisement through Facebook and YouTube by making a short ad of the product
because these two are now the most popular platform for advertising.

Lastly, there will be showing TVC on popular TV channels like ATN and are RTV channel from
7 to 11 p.m.

Conclusion
Though Combo Shower Gel type product is still not known in our country. People often buys
shampoo, body wash and face wash separately. If the strategies are implied properly, people can
save both their time and money by using this 3 in 1 product.
