To Whom it May Concern,

It is my pleasure to recommend Ryan Fischer. I had the pleasure of having Ryan his freshman
year in biology. He is one one of the hardest working students I have had the pleasure of
teaching. He is willing to persevere through challenges and overcome. Ryan is willing to put in
the work to be successful, he is kind, he is dedicated, and he is thoughtful.

Ryan is an extremely hard worker. Ryan asked questions when he did not understand and
worked hard to improve. His hard work and dedication impressed me. He views struggles with
positivity and as an opportunity to grow and achieve. His kindness is evident on the soccer field
as a quiet leader and in the classroom. His dedication and thoughtfulness to his academics and
his soccer team is evident in his achievements. I am positive that he will be successful in
