This research study focuses on the Challenges Faced in Workplace by Person with
Disability (PWD) in Batangas City, More specifically, the researchers sought answers to
the following questions;
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:
1.1 Gender
1.2 nature of employment
1.3 type of work
1.4 length of service
2. What kind of disabilities the respondents have?
3. What are the different challenges experienced in the workplace by the
respondents?
4. At what extent does the disabilities of respondents affect and trigger challenges
faced in their workplace?
5. Based on the findings of the study, what strategies could be proposed to retain
employment and improve the performance of the PWD in Batangas City?

Workplace by Person with Disability (PWD) in Batangas City” as a requirement for
