iii. Click the Delete All bubble.

You now see that the entire Path set up has been
deleted. You can now begin again or save and close your prezi.
iv. If you delete the Path and go to print your prezi, you have only one screen printed.
The Path screens correspond to the number of pages that will be printed.

8.5. Colors & Fonts Bubble

When you click the Colors & Fonts bubble, you’re accessing the design formats that are included
with Prezi. The available styles (see illustration below) have a different background and three fonts
associated with each namely: Title 1, Title 2, and Body. These styles are accessed from the Write
text editor. When Prezi is in Edit mode, double-click the canvas, which opens the text editor and
displays the choices that correspond to that design style. You can freely change from one style to
another by clicking the respective style bubble. Each style has its own personality. If you open a new
prezi and type some words on the canvas, you can then experiment to see which ones suit you best.
You’re limited by the number of available built-in styles. However, you can create your own style
using the Theme Wizard by customizing the logo, background-, font-, and shapes colors.

8.6. Show Button

When you are in Show mode (see illustration below) you can either set up the
timing intervals or you can just go right into presenting using the arrow buttons
or Auto-play. In this mode the grid background and Bubble menu disappear.
When you’re presenting, your prezi is always in Show mode. Whenever you click
the Show button you automatically go into Show mode.

In this mode, you can do the following:

 Go into Full Screen mode: To accommodate a projector or for wider screen viewing.
 Set the timing intervals for your prezi. Prezi automatically advances to the next Frame
depending on the selected time interval.
 Zoom in and out by clicking objects: If you want to respond to the audience or go back to
something, you can click and zoom in on it.

To set up timing intervals, do the following:

i. On the bottom right hand corner of the Prezi screen, click on the Show button. In Show
mode, navigational buttons appear on the bottom-right side of the screen.
ii. Hold down the right-arrow button. The timing interval choices pop up. (See illustration
below.) The choices are 4 seconds, 10 seconds, or 20 seconds. These seconds refer to the
amount of time each screen displays before moving to the next screen when you Auto-play
it.
iii. Click to choose the timing interval you prefer. After you choose your interval, the prezi
begins Auto-playing. If you need to stop the presentation at any point, click Previous, which
is the arrow with end-point left; or click Next, the arrow end-point right.
iv. Hold down the left-arrow button for the Start button to appear which once clicked on will
take you to the path that was selected first (the title slide).
v. Click on the End button to revert back to editing mode.
