I am interested in the Broista position at your new location on Olive Avenue in Merced. I am a soon-to-be graduate
and student-athlete from El Capitan High School, where I will be attending UC Merced on an athletic basketball
scholarship for my college education in Business Management & Economics. I heard about this position through a
relative who is currently a Dutch Bros Coffee employee, and I have heard great things about the company’s culture.

While I do not have any previous work experience, I am a student-athlete, which means I know how to work hard,
tackle large tasks, and not only execute, but produce. I am a leader and an individual of high charisma and morale. I
am efficient, motivated, intelligent, and good with challenges under pressure. I am good with math, money, and social
skills. I am a quick learner and can take charge when necessary.
