I’m applying for the sales associate position. I am soon to be a graduate from El Capitan High school. I plan to go to
Merced College for two years to continue my education. As I’m going to Merced College full time, I would also like to
have a part time job working as a sales associate.

I would be the best candidate suited for this position because I would give great customer service and be very
organized. I’m open to learning new things and this job would help me acquire many other skills. Talking with
customers or helping those who are new to the store is the best way to represent how every employee should be
humble. Knowing this I’d know what to look for when it comes to looking for detail, having more employees that are
very welcoming can bring many more customers. As I stated, I would like to work part time because I will be able to
go to school full time and also make some extra money to pay for my gas to commute to Atwater everyday.
