Based on my research, four stars requires a properties that are upscale in

all areas. Accommodation is refined and stylish. Service is responsive,often

including an extensive array of facilities. And for me, somehow, Utopia Resort

and Spa fit the standards of DOT for having its natural landscape that is

located in natural environment and offering private facilities and recreational

activities. Yet, it does not have 24hours full service for clients. They lack the

availability of full service that a resort should need it because emergencies

can happen all the time,customers need answers and attentive service all the

time. A resort must have a full service for the sake of their customers and to

be able to meet the customers standards.

B. In my own opinion, Amorsolo Mansion Apartment & Suites achieved the

standards of Department of Tourism. Three stars is perfect for them for having

spacious areas and very good level of accommodation which offering self-

contained units. They have amenities for each room where you can access all

the time that will helps you feel "very much like home." Additionally, it has

massage service, airport transfers and especially security service that will

make you feel safe during your stay. For me, it meets the standards of DOT,

you have nothing more to look for because they have filled everything you

need.
