Inc.

Lalamove is engaged in the business of allowing users of the Lalamove App to deliver cargo
(such as essential items like food, water, medicine) through the Lalamove accredited
partner-drivers. The Partner-Driver will pick up and deliver the items in the designated address
as indicated in the delivery order page of the Lalamove App.

As a Partner-Driver he/she is an independent contractor for Lalamove performing delivery

services for confirmed orders of the users.

Pursuant to Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the

Philippines with Amendments as of July 16, 2020, SECTION [7] GUIDELINES FOR
INTERZONAL AND INTRAZONAL MOVEMENT. "The movement of all types of cargoes by
land, air, or sea within and across areas placed under any form of community quarantine shall
be unhampered. Workers in the logistics sector, such as cargo, trucking, courier delivery and
port operations shall likewise be allowed to transit across areas placed under any form of
community quarantine.”

We respectfully request on behalf of the bearer of this certificate to be allowed entry to and from
Greater Metro Manila, provided this letter is presented along with an active booking screen
shown in our Lalamove App.
