ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that Mr. ROMEL RAFALLO with ID Number 87240 and under the service type is
a Motorcycle (MC) verified accredited partner- driver of Lalamove Philippines, Inc.

Lalamove is engaged in the business of allowing users of the Lalamove App to deliver cargo (such
as essential items like food, water, medicine) through the Lalamove accredited partner-drivers.
The Partner-Driver will pick up and deliver the items in designated address as indicated in the
delivery order page of the Lalamove App.

As a Partner- Driver he is an independent contractor for Lalamove performing delivery services

for confirmed orders of users.

We are issuing this Certification in view of the Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed by the
Government and to respectfully request that the Partner -Driver as identified above be allowed
passage to get the items and deliver items as indicated in the delivery page order of the Lalamove
App.

This Certification is valid only for the duration of the Enhanced Community Quarantine and
Partner-Driver must present this together with the driver’s identification page and delivery order
page on the Lalamove App.
