I elevator control system software operation

environment

Recommendation configure for operating elevator control system software


1、CPU :above PentiumⅡ
2、RAM :500MB or more
3、Hard disk: Above 1GB
4、Operation system: windows2000 /2003/NT/XP/win7
5、Display: 1024*768

II elevator control system software

installation

There is no difference between installation of elevator control system software and other Windows

application procedures. Users just operate setup.exe of elevator control system and then install

under prompts step by step.

1 、Install elevator control system software

1. Enter Windows operation system and operate “setup.exe” of elevator control system to install
procedure. Then the interface will show a picture as follow:

2. Please operate next step after closing all other Windows application procedures. Click

button, then the interface will show dialog install catalog selection as follow :

3. Users select installation catalog of elevator control system card. If you select

button, then it will show the dialog browse files (picture 1-3). If you don not

select button, it will use pretermission route “c:\program files\technology \


elevator control system 2.0\”

4. After finishing setting route, click button according to prompt to complete


procedure installation.

2 、Unload elevator control system software

There is no difference between unloading of all-purpose card software and other Windows

application procedures. Users just operate on control panel under prompts step by step.

1. Enter Windows operation system and click start menu and let the cursor to select control panel.

2. Enter the window control panel. Let the cursor select install/remove procedure.

4. Before unloading

The screen will show the dialog Add or Remove Programs to confirm whether the user unloads the

procedure. (Picture 2-4)as follow:

5. Unload

Let the cursor click button to unload . Then you will see a dialog which will show

the processing of unloading. (Picture 2-5as follow)

6. The unloading process needs several minutes. After finishing unloading, there will be a

dialog successfully delete procedure.

III The usage of management system software

1、Composition of TIBOSHI management system

While using management system software, we should know the use and composition of the
software and the operator can easily operate the software according to manual introduction.
Sketch of system use: Operate in order if you use it for the first time.
 System subscriber foundation (details in IV System subscriber foundation)
 Unit price setting: (details in V Unit price setting)
 Maintains of elevator information (details in VI elevator
information)
 Communication port setting (details in VII communication port setting)
Use the above operations while you first operate. Then you needn’t operate the above
operations while you do some business of making card.
After the above operations, you can do some business of making card. Detail operation please
see the introduction.

2、Log in

Step one: After opening the software, there will be a log-in frame which needs manager’s

name and password. If the system is installed for the first time, the manager’s name is

administrator and password: 888888. ( Picture as follow)

Step two: When the manager’s name and password is confirmed, the main interface of

software will show you. Then the manager can operate normally.

3、Change password

Step one: Open the log-in interface.

Step two: Click the button and then pop-up an interface of changing passwords .

( Picture as follow)

Step three: Input default passwords and new passwords. The twice new passwords should
match each other.

Step four: Click to complete changing passwords.

4、System subscriber foundation

4.1. Step one: Click system setting on platform of elevator control system software .

Step two: Click to open subscriber management interface.


Step three: Select the subscriber who wants to change passwords and then set the subscriber’s

authority on the frame of authority selection .

Step four: Click the button to finish setting authority.


4.2. Add new system subscriber.

Open the window user management click and input number 、user name and allow

this subscriber use after charging. Then set the subscriber’s passwords and authority and click the

button to complete the operation of adding new subscriber.

5、Price setting

Step one: Click system setting on platform of elevator control system software. The picture

is as follow:

Step two: Click to open the unit price setting interface.


Step three: Input the unit price of each floor. (the minimum price is corresponding the lowest

floor, the maximum price is corresponding the highest floor)

Step four: Click the button to complete unit price setting.

Note : unit price setting can set unit price of different floor, while making
card according to the unit price of the highest floor.

6、Elevator information

Step one: Click system setting on platform of elevator control system software. The picture

is as follow:

Step two: Click to open elevator information interface.

Step three: Input elevator information according to elevator actual situation.

Step four: Click the button to complete elevator information.

Note : Elevator serial No. : While making card, it means elevator No. while
remote communication, it means elevator Office No;

elevator name: you can write randomly but you should remember the elevator
serial No. so as to select the corresponding elevator No. while making card.
Floor No.: you can write according to actual floor. (Include all floor controlled by
elevator IC card controller.) or write more than actual floor No.
Type of elevator can be written according to actual situation.

7、Communication port setting

Step one: Click system setting on platform of elevator control system software. The picture is

as follow:

Step two: Click to open the interface for setting communication port.

Step three: Write and read the COM port connecting with the device according to elevator

actual situation.

Step four: Click the button to complete setting communication port.

Note:communication port of card reader should be different from that of


remote. Do not insert and plug serial port if there is electricity. Remove PS/2 port
and plug off the serial ports, or the serial ports is easily burnt.

8、Setting Backup Position

Step I: Click System Setting in all-purpose card software


platform as following figure:

Step II: Click to open the interface for setting backup position as

follows:

Step III: Fill suitable database backup position according to actual status of the
user.

Step IV: Click the button to complete the database backup position.

Note: above dialog box will pop up while closing this system if there is no
backup position set for the first time of use, and the backup position must be
added in case of unpredictable problems.

9、Proprietor card making

Proprietor card making is to make card which the proprietor uses. It includes charging card

and time period card making、charging、 re-issued card.

(9.1)Make charging card

To make charging card which the proprietor use

Step one: Log in and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click left side of the main interface to open new card issue

interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will show

system and the reader connect successfully. Password loaded successfully.

Step four: Input related information:

Input proprietor’s name and door number according to actual situation. There’s no specific

format.

Room number : Room number is made by the room proprietor lives. Room number has

four bit, for example, the proprietor lives in No. 1, 2/F; his/her room number is 0201. Room No.

would better not be written as 0001. The first two digits are not allowed to exceed 56, and the last

two digits are not allowed to exceed 08; Room shield card will not be able to shield this room No.

if room No. is more than 08. See V The Making of Shield Room Card in Making Management

Card for the detailed making operation of shield room card.

Card number :Card number is formed automatically. The proprietor can change the card

number but he/she can’t use the number he/she used before.

Call method :Whether call method is to select the storey manually or automatically, and

selecting the storey manually means pressing the button of the elevator after swiping the card, and

selecting the storey automatically means lightening the button of the elevator selected directly

after swiping the card (selecting the storey automatically can only select two storey at maximum,

which can be realized together with its corresponding hardware).

Elevator :Click on the right side to select elevator. If there is no elevator information,
you can add it in elevator information interface. Details please see VI elevator information.

Usable floor :The proprietor can set use floors by usable floor. Click on the left side to
select.
E-wallet can be used to store money the proprietor deposit on the card. Money can be
charged from E-wallet while you swipe card. The maximum money of every system operator can
be set. Details please see IV System subscriber foundation.

Step five: Click the button to complete new card making.

Note: ( 1 ) You cannot make new card if the card is not blank. So you should click

to make blank card and then make a new card.


(2) Refund dialog box will appear if this card is user card while initializing:

Refund amount can be changed, and there are decimals sometimes, that's because
there may be decimals while calculating the amount as per the frequency, during
which they it can be changed into the integral amount.
(3)Initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so please avoid
losing data. Please be careful wile you see the picture.

(4) If you can not make sure the card information, you can click to

see the card information which is on the information prompt frame right side of the interface.

(9.2)Make another card for lost card

If the proprietor lost the charging card, he/she can make up another card through this

interface.

Step one: Log in and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click left side of the main interface to open making up card for

lost card interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will show a

dialog to prompt you to select card and click button to open the interface which is

used for selecting lost card as follow:

Inquire according to the situation provided by the proprietor and then select the lost card on

the result. Click button and back to re-issue card for lost card interface.

Step four: Click the button to complete making up another card.


Note:

(1) You cannot make new card if the card is not blank. So you should click to

make blank card and then make a new card.

(2)Initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so please avoid losing

data.

(3)If you can not make sure the card information, you can click to see

the card information which is on the information prompt frame right side of the interface.

(9.3)Card charging

If the proprietor’s E-wallet needs charging, he/she can use this interface.

Step one: Log in and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click on the left side of the main interface to open card charging

interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will show

system and the reader connect successfully. Password loaded successfully.

Step four: Input the sum you want to charge at the place of charging.

Step five: Click the button to complete card charging.

Note: (1)If you cannot make sure the card information, you can click

to see the card information which is on the information prompt frame right side of the interface.

(9.4)make time period card

To make time period card which the proprietor use. This card only works in the
corresponding time interval, and becomes invalid overdue, which can be used in
monthly/annual package, with the amount charged in this time interval recorded.
Step one: Log on and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click on the left side of the main interface to open

making time period card interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will
show system and the reader connect successfully , Password loaded successfully.
Step four: Input related information. The picture is as follow:

Input proprietor’s name and door number according to actual situation. There’s

Elevator :Click on the right side to select elevator. If there is no elevator


information, you can add it in elevator information interface. Details please see VI
elevator information.

Usable floor :The proprietor can set use floors by usable floor. Click on the
left side to select.
Validity :The validity of the card can be used to set the use time of the card.
Usable time period : Usable time period can be used in twenty-four hours. If
the time before and after is the same, it shows that the card can be used the whole day.
Usable date :Usable date can be used to set functions according to week and
date. If you select, it shows that that day you can use the card, otherwise the card can
not be used on that day.
Electronic purse :Electronic purse is used to record the amount received in the
time interval card in these days.

Step five: Click the button to complete making time period card.

Note: (1) you can not make new card if the card is not blank. So you should click

to make blank card and the make new card.

(2)initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so make
sure to avoid lost of data.
( 3 ) if you can not make sure the card information, you can click

to see the card information which is on the information prompt


frame right side of the interface.

(9.5)Re-issue time period card

Use this interface, if the subscriber’s card is lost.


Step one: Log on and enter the main interface

Step two: Click on the left side of the main interface to open

interface for making time period card interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will

show dialog to prompt you to select card and click button to open the

interface which is used for selecting lost card as follow:

Inquire according to the situation provided by the proprietor and then select the

lost card on the result. Click button and back to re-issue card for lost card

interface.
Step four: Input new validity at the place of card validity. Input valid time at the

place of usable time period. Input valid week at the place of usable date.

Step five: Click to complete re-making card.


Note: (1) You cannot make new card if the card is not blank. So you should click

to make blank card and the make new card.

(2)Initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so make sure to avoid

lost of data.

(3)If you can not make sure the card information, you can click to see

the card information which is on the information prompt frame right side of the interface.

(9.6)extending usage time

Use this interface to prolong the use time of the proprietor time period card.
Step one: Log on and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click on the left side of the main interface to open

prolonging usage time interface.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will
show system and the reader connect successfully. Password loaded successfully.
Step four: Input period of validity at the place of period of validity. The
corresponding amount is filled in electronic purse.

Step five: Click to complete extending usage time of card.


Note: ( 1 ) If you can not make sure the card information, you can click

to see the card information which is on the information prompt

frame right side of the interface.

10、Collecting Fingerprint

(10.1) Collecting Fingerprint

Collecting fingerprint is to collect fingerprint for fingerprint system and record


open storey and password, in order to be used for the storey opening elevator.
Step one: Log on and enter into main interface;

Step two: Click in the left side of main interface to open the

interface for collecting the fingerprint.

Step three: Click to connect the fingerprint

collector. The message connect fingerprint collector successfully will be shown if the
fingerprint collector is connected with the computer well; if not, the message will
prompt: please check the connection to the fingerprint readers.
Step four: Add information in the following interface,

and every information must be added, and there is no specification for filling owner
name and owner house number, and room No. must be 4-digit numbers, and the first
two digits mean the storey, and the last two digits mean room No., and available
elevator has the number of the storey available for the user, and available storey is the
storey that the user can reach .It is not necessary to input fingerprint No. that would be
generated by the system automatically, and 4 digits should be input as user passwords,
shown with asterisks.

Step V: Click the button then it will show

and put your finger on the

fingerprint collector and then click for confirmation, and then the indicator on
fingerprint collector is red, and the data may be collected completely in 2s, after
successful input, the indication the fingerprint collector will turn into green from red,
during which your finger must be moved away( Note: If not, it will stay in this
status all the time, and next input can't be continued),then it will show

, please put your finger on the fingerprint collector

again and then click for confirmation, and the data may be collected completely in 2S,
after successful input, the indication the fingerprint collector will turn into green from
red, during which your finger must be moved away. And then it will show

please put your finger on the fingerprint collector

again, and then click for confirmation, and the data may be collected completely in
2S, after successful input, the indication the fingerprint collector will turn into green
from red, during which your finger must be moved away. The message will show
successful collection and basic information of relevant fingerprint. (Note: this finger
must be placed for three times, and confirm if the collection of every fingerprint
is successful or not based on the color of collector indicator, and redo it again
after moving away.)

In addition: 1. of the system is combined with the fingerprint data


collector, which should be connected while exporting the data (please see the
instruction of the fingerprint data collector for how to make the connection), you'd
better empty the data storage equipment before sending the data, click

for waiting the empty, which needs more time, about 1

minute. (Note: During which any operation to the upper computer system is
prohibited.)

Then click and it will show a dialog, and then choose the information
of elevator no. to be sent in the elevator available, and choose the fingerprint no.
section to be sent and click the confirmation to export the data, during which there is
progress bar that will show the progress of sending the data, and it will dialog box for
completing the sending after the completion.

2. in the system is combined with the data storage

equipment, after the data in the data storage equipment is imported into the
corresponding elevator fingerprint system, it needs empty the data in the data storage
equipment while re-importing the information to other elevators, it is OK to click the

button , and the completion of removal needs about 1

minute.
Note: during which any operation to the upper computer system is
prohibited.
Recommendation: the user is recommended to use his/her index finger,
secondly, middle finger and thumb, and the fourth finger and little finger are not
recommended.

(10.2)Changing Fingerprint

The purpose of changing fingerprint is to re-import new fingerprint when the user
is going to use another fingerprint.
Step I: Log on and enter into the main interface.

Step II: Click in the left side of the main interface to open the

interface for changing fingerprint.

Step III: Click to connect the fingerprint

collector. will pop up if the fingerprint collector is connected with

the computer well; if not, the message will prompt: please check if fingerprint
collector is connected correctly or not.
Step IV: Look for the fingerprints to be changed in the interface (picture as
follow)

by the name, house number, room number, elevator and fingerprint number, and click

and then click the button , all the information will be filled

automatically, however, fingerprint password needs to be refilled.

Step V: Click the button during which it will show the picture

,and put your finger on the

fingerprint collector and move away, and then it will show

then click for confirmation, and the data may be collected completely in 2S, after
successful input, the indication the fingerprint collector will turn into green from red,
during which your finger must be moved away. And then it will show

again ,and then click for confirmation, and the data may be collected completely in
2S, after successful input, the indication the fingerprint collector will turn into green
from red.
Note: this finger must be placed for three times to change the fingerprint,
and confirm if the collection of every fingerprint is successful or not based on the
color of collector indicator, and redo it again after moving away.

In addition: 1. of the system is combined with the fingerprint data

collector, which should be connected while exporting the data, and click to
show a dialog and then choose the information of elevator no. to be sent in the
elevator available, and choose the fingerprint no. section to be sent and click the
confirmation to export the data, during which there is progress bar that will show the
progress of sending the data, and it will dialog box for completing the sending after
the completion.

2. in the system is combined with the data collector,

after the data in the data collector have been imported into the corresponding elevator
fingerprint system, it needs to empty the data in the data storage equipment while re-
importing the information of other elevators, it is OK to click the button

, and the completion of removal needs about 1 minute.

Note: during which any operation to the upper computer system is


prohibited.
Recommendation: the user is recommended to use his/her index finger,
secondly, middle finger and thumb, and the fourth finger and little finger are not
recommended.

11、Management Card Making

Management card making is to make card which manager uses. It includes


making management card 、 mandatory management card 、 time card for setting
button、controller time card and card for reading proprietor data.

(11.1)make management card

To make cards for managers. The manager can use this card to get to the specific
floor. This card is also an all-purpose card, without the limitation from the elevator
no., time and amount. This is usable as long as the system is normal. This card is
distributed to the property manager and special personnel. The storey authorization
can be selected randomly while making the card.
Step one: log on and enter the main interface.
Step two: lick management card making on the left side of the main interface.

Step three: click on the left side of the main interface to open

the interface for making management card.

Step four: click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will
show system connect successfully with reader. Password loaded successfully.
Step five: set method for calling elevator and usable floor. Name of card holder.
Method for calling elevator can be used to assign operation mode of elevator.
Manual selecting floor after swiping card means that you should press the button to
select the desired floor after swiping card. Automatically selecting floor after swiping
card means that the button will automatically lit up after swiping card. Usually multi
authorized floors need manually selecting.

Usable floor is used to set the floor which the manager can use. Click on the

right to select.
The name of the card holder can be filled as the case may be, without
requirement on the format.
The period of validity of the card is used for setting service life of the card.
Available time interval is used for setting the valid time interval in 24 hours
every day for the card, and it is valid for the whole day if the front time and last time
are the same.
Usable date is used for setting the functions depending on whether the Sunday
card is valid or not, and it is usable date if chosen, vice versa.

Step six: click the button to complete new card making.

Note: (1) you can not make new card if the card is not blank. So you should click

to make blank card and the make new card.

(2)initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so make

( 3 ) if you can not make sure the card information, you can click

to see the card information which is on the information prompt

frame right side of the interface.

(11.2)make re-issued management card

If the manager lost the management card, he/she can use this interface to re-
issue card.
Step one: Log on and enter the main interface.

Step two: Click on the left side of the main interface to

open the interface for re-issuing management card.

Step three: Click to connect reader. Then the prompt window will
show system connect successfully with reader. Password loaded successfully. At the
same time prompt you to select card and click enter button to open the interface which
is used for selecting lost card as follow:

Inquire according to the situation provided by the proprietor and then select the
lost card on the result. Click enter button and back to the interface for re-issuing card.
Step four: Input new validity at the place of card validity

Step five: Click to finish re-issuing card.

click to make blank card and the make new card.

(2)initialize card may delete the information of the card in database so make
sure to avoid lost of data.

to see the card information which is on the information prompt frame right side of the
interface.

(11.3)make compulsory management card

This card is used for closing the elevator available corresponding to room no. of
the storey in the unit forcibly. While it needs to close the elevator available
corresponding to room no. of the storey in the unit, it only needs to make forbidden
shield room card with room no. marked in the corresponding elevator no., and all the
cards can't be used for this elevator corresponding to this room no. after completing
the making, and it needs to re-open the shield room card to be initialized if to be
initialized.
It is used to make compulsory management card for manager. The manager can
use this card to mandatory

two digits of room no. must be less than or equal to 56, and the last two digits must be

operated directly without swiping the card; while forbidden time interval is clicked,
during which the storey chosen can't be operated even if the card is swiped.)

Usable time period: the beginning time and the ending time.
Usable date: tick the date and it is valid, otherwise it can not be controlled on
time period.
Forbidding time period: there is no tick which means the floor is open on that
period, you need not swipe card, while you must swipe card on other floor; if you tick
the floor which means the floor can not be used including management card and
user’s card, other floors can be used by swiping card.
Cancelling the usable time interval: being checked is to cancel any setting in
this time interval no.. Being not checked means any setting in this time interval no..

and make the card for deleting the password.

Step five: Choose the password of the administrator to be deleted, and the first
and the second passwords of the administrators must be deleted separately, and being

time interval is not clicked), the storey chosen can be operated directly without
swiping the card; while forbidden time interval is clicked, during which the storey
chosen can't be operated even if the card is swiped.

Date interval: starting time and ending time of the date.
Time interval: starting time and ending time of one day.
Forbidden time interval: being not checked means that all the storeys checked
are open during this time interval, without swiping the card, however, the rest of
storeys are used, by swiping the card; while being checked, it means all the storeys
checked are forbidden, with all the manager cards and user cards forbidden, however,
the rest of f storeys are used, by swiping the card, during this time interval.
Cancelling the usable time interval: being checked is to cancel any setting in
this time interval no.. Being not checked means any setting in this time interval no..

Long distance control refers to connect the elevator directly via the line, and

processing shield card, setting response time of elevator button, setting response time
of controller and reading the records on swiping the card of the user in real time.

(12.1) the Process of Shield Card

The card lost by the owner may be picked up by others, causing potential security
problems. Property management organization can prohibit the lost card quickly with
this function, eliminating potential security problem.

14、 Function of cards

1 . Manager card: Manager Card, which refers to all-pass card, can be made by
administrator through software of host computer. The card has no difference in elevator No.
setting, time limitation and monetary limitation. So long as the system keeps running state, the
card can be used. Generally, the card is issued to property management personnel and some
special personnel, and the floor authority can be selected arbitrarily according to the need during
card making process.
2. Mandatory management card: Mandatory management card, which is made for user
administrators, can be made through software of host computer. Use: It is used to close the
elevator used by users of some corresponding floor rooms forcibly. When the elevator used by
users of some corresponding floor rooms is required to be closed, the card maker just needs to fill
in the room No. of the user to be forbidden for taking elevator at the registration information of
corresponding elevator No. when making the mandatory management card, swipe the card in the
elevator after the card is made, then users of all the cards of the room No. are unable to take the
elevator, if they want to enable all the cards, then a mandatory management card for enabling shall
be made to enable the room No.
3. Card for setting button response time: The card is a card used to set the effective delay
time during which the elevator buttons can be lighted up by pressing after the user swipes his/her
card. After the card is made, it can only be valid after being swiped at the site controller and the
set delay time can be changed according to the need.
4. Card for setting controller clock: The card is used to adjust the time of the master
controller, when the time of the master controller is incorrect, the card can be made for adjustment
of time. The card can only be used once and it can not be used for the second time.
5. Card for setting time of visitor button: The card is used in system with visitor intercom
linkage function and it is a card used for setting the delay time when the elevator button for visitor
is available. Its making method is same with that of card for setting button response time.
6. Card for reading user data: It can be used to read the card-swiping record stored in the
master controller. One card can read 84 data records at most and these records include start record
and end record. After the card is made, swipe the card, read the information in the card on the card
writer and then the corresponding card-swiping information can be obtained.

7. New card issuance: Cards made in the column are general user cards, when the hardware
is set to be chargeable, the amount of money in the card shall be deducted with the card-swiping
times and these cards belong to cards which used to pay elevator fee by card swiping.
8. Card reissue for lost card: That is to make a new card with the same card number with
the lost general user card to substitute for the original card, after the new card is swiped in the
corresponding elevator, the original card will be invalid and the functions of the new card are
same with those of the general user card.
9. Time period card: The card, which is valid only in corresponding time period, will
become invalid after the specified time limit, and it can be used in monthly pay service and annual
pay service. It can be used in the system in conjunction with general user cards.
10. Reissue of time period card: That is to make a new time period card with the same card
number with the lost time period card to substitute for the original time period card, after the new
card is swiped in the corresponding elevator, the original card will be invalid.
11. Card for setting running time period of elevator: Management card which is specially
made to prohibit the use of elevator, unlock use of elevator and unlock elevator to cardholders on
some floors within a certain time period on special occasions. The card can be made in the host
computer for users according to the need.
12. The card for setting date management: in spcial occasion, this card is used
for controlling the special functions of opening/forbidding the elevator in any storey,
which can control the opening and forbidding of the elevator in any time interval, or
at any time in one day. ( During this time interval (if forbidden time interval is not
clicked), the storey chosen can be operated directly without swiping the card; while
forbidden time interval is clicked, during which the storey chosen can't be operated
even if the card is swiped.)
13. Layered management card: this card is the card for opening and closing
the function of IC card used in one elevator in one storey.

15 、 Descriptions of Elevator No. and Office


No.
1. Elevator No.: The elevator No., which is combined with the software card-making system
of host computer, is a noun set to disable users with cards to enter other units (elevators). The user
with card can only use the elevator with the corresponding elevator No. but can not use elevators
with different elevator No. The maximum elevator No. is 255.
2. Office No.: The office No., which is combined with the remote control system, is an
address. In case the system has remote control function, then the office No. is unique and can not
be repeated. The maximum office No. is 255.
Appendix
(一) Treatment of Common Faults of Hardware

1.If there is no response of the card reader, cut off the power supply and then

reinsert the card reader and energizate to operate the card reader. Then the card reader
will give a long and a short buzzes and the red indicator is always on.

2. If there is no response of the extension board, check whether there is wrong


position of the extension board.
(二)Treatment of Common Faults of Software
1. If you can not operate the management software, you can check whether the
hardware security lock is installed correctly.
2. If you can not connect the writing card device successfully, check the communication

interface.

Note 1:

1. Use default sector.


2. One card number only has one corresponding card, or you must make another card.
3. Administrator card :it can not be made through software of host computer and we
make it for you. Usage: open and start system. While swiping this card, the buzz will

give one buzz, which means that the system enters operation state and you should
swipe card to use elevator. While swiping card, the buzz gives two buzzes, which
means the system enters open state and you can use elevator without card. Note:
please do not initialize the card through software of host computer.
4. Card for increase or decrease elevator No. : While debugging the system, it
used for debug the device No. You swipe card each time, the device No. will increase
or decrease. While making user card, the elevator serial No. must be the same with
device No. Function: to avoid person with card enter elevator randomly. If you
separate the elevator No. , people with different elevator No. card can not enter other
elevator. Note: this card can not be initialized through software of host computer.
5. If you want to unload this system, you should make a backup of db document
file. For example, you install the system in C:\Program Files, then the catalog of db
