Module 1, Learning Activity Sheet, 3rd Quarter of 2nd Semester SY 2020-2021

Name: Kezia Dawn Del Socorro Grade & Section: 12 HUMSS Grasparil

Exercise: I Dream
Instructions: Complete the statement below and answer the questions that follows:

I, Kezia Dawn Del Socorro, dream to be a/an psychiatrist in the future.

1. What influenced you to form this dream?

 I once read that “to be in the state of madness is to lay between life and death”. Since then, I’m drawn
to people with deep, unescapable thoughts. I sympathized with them, something in me feels closer to
them. So I want to become a psychiatrist to help them get out of the labyrinth of madness.
2. How do you think this dream will help your future family and the community?
 I don’t think I will have a family of my own, but if I would, I could support their needs and help them
have stable mental health. It could help the community by providing them professional mental health
care and educate them to see mental illness as a disorder and not a curse.
3. Why do you think that this dream is essential?
 This dream is essential because it droves out the best in me. This dream includes a vision of a future
where everyone cares for their mental health as much as they care for their physical health.
4. Is your dream still reachable in your current standing as grade 12 student?
 It’s is and I am hoping that it will always be.
