The proposal entitled “Blood Bank Management System”, is a system that handles the entire
record of the processed blood donation procedure in manila public hospitals, there has been

division needed coordination since each blood donation center kept free records, which were not
composed with different banks. The paper talks about advancement and deployment of a
framework that accomplishes coordination of exercises between the blood donation centers,
focuses and contributors having them connect with a focal database.

Blood Bank Donation System (BBDS) is a program based framework that is intended to store,
process, recover and examine data worried about the authoritative and stock administration
inside a blood donation center. This venture targets keeping up all the data relating to blood

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Most of the public hospitals in Manila are having a problem when it comes to blood
donations, especially the management has troubles when it comes to blood donor information
and its availability. In that case, the level of the mentioned institution will lower down the
productivity rate since the set goal cannot meet at the right time. The main aim of the project is
to effectively manage the blood banking system. This project enables the users to access nearest
blood bank with detailed information, it also checks the availability of the required blood group,
provides necessary information about the volunteer blood donors who have registered by visiting
the view donor detail section.
