Bread maybe leavened by naturally occurring microbes, chemicals, industrially
produced yeast. On many countries commercial bread often contains additives to
improve flavour, texture, colour, shelf life, nutrition and ease of production.

II. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
REVIEW ON RELATED LITERATURE
A Bread Roll is usually round or oblong individual loaf of bread as meal
accompaniment eaten with cheese and hotdog.
A Bread Roll can be served and eaten whole or cut transversely and dresses
with filling between the two halves.
Bread Rolls are also commonly used to make sandwiches similar to those
produced using slices of bread they are found in must cuisine all over the world.
They are many names for bread rolls, especially in local version of British
English. There were called named depending on how the dough was made and how
the roll was cooked.
Bread Rolls are common in Europe, mostly in Germany and Austria. In
Germany and Austria there is a large variety of bread roll ranging from white rolls
made with wheat flour to dark rolls containing mostly flour. Many variants include
spices as nuts or seeds, such as sesame seeds or sunflower seeds.

You can eat Bread rolls anytime of the day and its always satisfying. Also it can
be tastefully creative and unique. It is also usually pairs with coffee.
Bread rolls is so comforting. It’s like a pillow in your mouth it is also nutritious
foods. White bread variant are all enriched with vitamins and minerals in every bite.

III. REQUIREMENTS
Ingredients of Bread Rolls
 Gardenia or any kind of tasty bread

 Hotdog
 Cheese
 Egg
 Milk
 Bread Crumbs
 Oil
Process
1. Cook the hotdogs

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl
3. Pour the bread crumbs, spreading evenly on a trail
4. Press, or roll the bread with pin to make it thin for easier rolling
5. Put in the hotdogs and cheese slice on the flattened bread
6. Roll the bread tightly
7. Apply some eggs at the end to stick the roll together
8. Dip the roll into the egg
9. Roll it over the tray of bread crumbs
10. Heat up the pan with a quality of oil sufficient for deep frying
11. Deep fry the rolls until golden brown

IV. EVALUATION
Assessment
Based on the financial report on the first part of this feasibility, we can say that
our product/business is profitable; you may find the financial report.
There are things we learned during the conduct of product selling for example
when we starting our product, we experienced the trial in error. During the first week,
there some rejected product those are being over cooked. Also on the selling price of
our product we did not foresee the amount of it, for us to be able to have or to meet the
profitable price.

V. CONCLUSION
Kuya AR Partnership concluded that starting and entering a new business is not
easy. It required much knowledge, skills and abilities in handling into a world of
business, for as to able to achieve their common goals and objectives and specially for
the successful of business operation.
By means of business we can enhance our learning’s about business fiction,
examples about accounting, marketing, production, communication technology, how to
deals with other people or human relations and the importance of social responsibility.
By means of selling bread rolls, I proved that you can easily get past income and at
the sometime it is affordable for each of everyone. Aside of that you can afford to buy
and also you can get satisfaction you want, but it defend upon on the quality of bread
rolls. If the business will continue you can get earned more profit.
For the success of business there are some factors are must be considered like
cooperation, motivation, unity, communication and dedication of the partnership in their
works. Understanding, patience and self-discipline must also need to maintain.

VI. RECOMMENDATION
To put up a business you must to choose what product will be patronized by the
people.
Kuya AR Partnership engaged a business of bread rolls. We want to engaged those
people who are interested to start a business, like this.

1. We must to know the supply and demand in the locality of product.
2. We must to know what kind of promotion you need to do in order to have a good
relation with other people. In marketing of bread rolls we must sell it directly to
the consumer so that we can elaborate and explain to them the benefit they can
get. The important thing is that we know the proper dealing and selling to the
consumer.
Financial aspects
In starting a business of street foods small amount of capital is sufficient.
Production Aspects
