The information below shows the summary of my business plan
from introduction down to Appendices

This product is popular street food in the Philippines. The

ingredients are simple, very easy to make, delicious, and
inexpensive. A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared
from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and
cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying
with oil or butter.

The proponents’ place of distribution will be at Villa Angela

Subdivision, Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. This is a good choice of
place because there are many people out there wanted to buy their
snacks to satisfy themselves. The promotion of my product through
online advertising program like posting on it in social media will guide
future customers on what they need the product how it is used and
the advantages gain from it’s used. The advocators will be using the
good value pricing strategy which is recommended for my new
business.

This product offers the lower price. For ₱10-₱20 in a different

types of pancake. The target market pricing may lead to high sales
value and therefore lower cost per unit. The packaging of the product
will be in the Being a reputed manufacturer and supplier of bags, we
offer Eco friendly packaging that are manufactured using supreme
quality raw material following stringent quality measures as per
standards.

Conditions of The General Environment

The MAD Delicious Pancakes contains whole-wheat flour, like

all whole grains, is a good source of carbohydrates; they will turn into
glucose, which is the preferred source of energy for the brain and will
help you be alert and keep you in a good mood throughout the
morning. That’s why pancake is the best food we eat for breakfast.
This product offers the lower price. For ₱10-₱20 in a different type of
pancake. The target market pricing may lead to high sales value and
therefore lower cost per unit.

Conditions of The Specific Environment

This product can be sold during breakfast and snack

time because a lot of people in Balulang place will buy their
breakfast for morning and afternoon for snacks. The product
will be served early in the morning so that the customer
would smell the smooth nice aroma of pancake and satisfy
themselves.

    The entrepreneur is coming from the Grade 12
STEM – B class with his family support and they decided
to create with their business which is MAD Delicious
Pancakes planned with his family because they love to
share the special pancake for the customers.

The production plan shows the production of product,
packaging, new flavors of product and location. 

Most of the people here in Cagayan de Oro City

are looking for delicious pancakes for breakfast and
snack time. The MAD Delicious Pancakes contains
whole-wheat flour, like all whole grains, is a good
source of carbohydrates; they will turn into glucose,
which is the preferred source of energy for the brain
and will help you be alert and keep you in a good mood
throughout the morning. MAD Delicious Pancakes will
produce new innovated versions of pancakes. We will
include some sweet toppings such as bacon, banana,
maple syrup, walnut praline, margarine and many more.
My business will produce MAD Delicious Pancakes with
different kinds of flavors such as:

Ingredients: Materials:

 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Frying Pan
2 tablespoons sugar Mixing
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups evaporada
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure:
Step 1: Combine the dry ingredients together in a large
bowl. Slowly pour in the milk and mix well.
Step 2: Add the eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil. Whisk the
batter thoroughly until there are no more lumps.
Step 3: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Coat with
a non-stick cooking spray, butter, or vegetable oil to prevent
sticking.
Step 4: Spoon the batter onto the pan and cook each side
until it is golden brown. Use a spatula to flip the pancakes
and to remove them when they are finished.
Step 5: Serve immediately. Add fruit, maple syrup, star
margarine, or sugar for the different flavors.

To make a solid business plan, the first thing I'll want to

do before making any investment is to do my research
diligently. I will focus on the product and keep it simply get
busy in my kitchen make small batches and go out to make
people trying my product.
