AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL CONSENT TO MARRIAGE

I, REYNALDO PEPITO QUILATON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and

presently residing in Cogon, Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

 THAT I am the father of Archie Linawod Quilaton born in Borbon, Cebu,

Philippines on October 5, 1989;
 THAT my son is intending to contract marriage with Grace Salangsang
Villalobos in Kuwait;
 THAT I am giving my consent to my son, Archie Linawod Quilaton, marrying
Grace Salangsang Villalobos;
 THAT I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of informing the authorities
concerned of the veracity of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purposes
it may serve.
