GREETINGS:

In connection with the above-entitled request, you are hereby ordered to digitally appear before
SENA Desk Officer (SEADO) TALON, SITTIE NASHIBA DIMAPUNDUG of DOLE REGION X
(NORTHERN MINDANAO), CAGAYAN DE ORO FIELD OFFICE located at 3rd floor, Corrales
Wing, Trinidad Building, Corrales-Yacapin Sts., Cagayan de Oro City on Mar 30, 2021 at 10:00am and
Mar 31, 2021 at 10:00am for conciliation conference.

Consistent with Section 6 (b) of Department Order No. 214, series of 2020, conference will be
conducted through digital platforms, except in case of non-availability of said platforms to the party.

Upon receipt of this Notice, the parties are directed to immediately provide this Office, through the
assigned SEADO, a valid and active email address as the meeting invitation link of either Zoom, Google
Meet, FB Messenger or other video conferencing applications will be sent to the provided email address.

The parties shall likewise notify this Office, through the above-mentioned means, of the fact of
unavailability of digital platforms, in which case, a conventional, face-to-face conference will be held on the
same schedule.

For convenience, parties are also directed to download and install either Zoom, Google Meet, FB
Messenger or other video conferencing applications on their digital devices such as laptop, tablets, or
smartphones.

In case the schedule of conference is declared as holiday or government work suspension, the
conference shall resume on the next working day.
