Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to express my interest in a position as the Customer Service Manager at IKEA Kota
Baru Parahyangan. As a fresh graduate with several experiences and skills, I believe I am
qualified to be a candidate as the Customer Service Manager at IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan.
As I already read through the requirements for this position, I would like to explain you related to
my skills and experiences that probably suit with this position.

I have been involved in various organizations, events, and committees started from Junior High
School until University. My experience as a leader or vice leader, secretary and other position in
organizations or committees has given me the chances to sharp my leadership and
administration skill to perform and lead the team, achieve goals, and initiate some events in my
school and also department at college. It also necessary for me to develop my communication
and presentation skill. Furthermore, I love to involve myself as a volunteer in some events and it
helps me to develop my team work skill, turns me to be adaptive and turns me to be a service-
oriented person. Moreover, I am a person who concern about something into detail and highly
focused about my responsibility.

During my college time as an International Relations student, I also had an internship

experience at Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Johor Bahru, Malaysia within 2
months. During my internship, I was given the opportunity to work at almost all of the function or
division in the Consulate and involved in some events. This opportunity really helps me to sharp
my writing skills, language and communication skills, negotiation skill, analytical skill, and
problem-solving skill. My internship experience also realizes me that I am a fast-adapted and
fast learner person as I can understand my new position quickly. My performance during my
internship successfully makes me receive a very good feedback from the diplomats as I can
fully responsible to my tasks, initiative, and show good manner.

Although I am a fresh graduate, but I believe my practical experiences, skills, and eagerness to
learn will make me an excellent candidate as the Customer Service Manager at IKEA Kota Baru
Parahyangan. I believe that I will become a great person and at the same time create
contributions to this company. I also hope that by joining this company, it helps me to develop
myself more and more again.
