Hiring Manager of Zerowait Company

Dear Hiring Manager,

This letter aims to express my strong interest in Public Relations position at Zerowait Company
after I got a recommendation from my outstanding friend, Andre Palayukan, who is part of the
Public Relations position at your company. I would love to give my best effort and performance
in every projects and given tasks in order to create positive impact and contributions to achieve
your company’s mission as I am eager to learn and will strive to achieve the best result of
everything that I do.

Involved in various organizations, events, and committees start from Junior High School to
University as a leader, vice leader, and other position had given me the chances to perform and
lead the team, execute some projects and achieve goals. It helped me to develop my
communication and organizational skill. Furthermore, I have been involved as a volunteer in
various events which gave me experiences to build relations with some Key Opinion Leaders
and also enhance my public relations skill. My organizational experiences also turn me to be
well-versed in administrative services.

During my college time as an International Relations student, I undertook the internship at

Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Assigned into 4
different departments within 2 months had given me the chances to effectively performed and
responsible for several tasks, such as creating and sending formal invitation letters, writing
weekly report, following up the counterparts, helping the diplomats to handle citizens’ cases,
and creating passport.

As of now, I am performing freelance role in warehouse head positions working for one of
Indonesian YouTube content creator. I hope that my practical experiences, skills, and
eagerness to learn will bring me to be an excellent candidate in Public Relations position at
Zerowait Company. I would love to begin my career with Zerowait Company and I believe that I
will become a great person and at the same time create contributions to your company as I am
very cooperative person.
