With reference to your advert I am submitting my resume for consideration for the summer
program graduate trainee internship position at Alliance Development Africa Foundation. Given
the skills and experience outlined in my enclosed resume, I believe I will be a worthy asset to your

I'm a young male Malawian aged 25 and single. In my four years at University of Malawi, The
Polytechnic, I’ve completed a great deal of coursework on program development, leadership and
management, organization behavior, data analysis, Data management, proposal writing, business
management, accounts management, system analysis and design, monitoring and evaluation, and
many more. These have helped me to manage different Fields as I am able in managing resources
management.

In addition, I spent the past term volunteering my time with a local non-profit that collects donated
clothes and redistributes it to families in need. I helped in Data collectionand data entry as I could
go in the field and collect data, analyse it and then enter into the database. I have also bebeen
involved in the charity works as it is a Christian organization so we could spread good News to
people and sharing some basic needs to them and doing some work to them neede people.

Volunteering with the non-profit has also taught me the importance of building a convenient and
memorable consumer experience that aligns with the brand. It also helped me grow my skills in
team collaboration, verbal communication and project leadership.The enclosed resume provides
more details of my skills and achievement track record. I believe that I would be an asset to your
program. This internship would provide me with the ideal opportunity to assist your organization
and to expand my research skills.
