Economic proposal

Student name: -Neha Kumari

Introduction:-I will open a restaurant

on the island of Montreal with name
Urban Tadka with the motive of
attracting more and more Indian
consumer.

*My main restaurant consumer

attraction will be Teenagers or young
working professionals. Because our
today’s generation don’t like to cook
so that they can have breakfast or
brunch from my restaurant.
*While opening this restaurant I will
research about different Indian
restaurants as well as the demand of
the customers so that I can identify
my competitors. I will mainly target
their weakness as my strength.
*Every business runs with a specific
budget. I will invest in my project in
such a way that consumer gets good
quality product with superior service.
Moreover, I will try to keep my budget
as low as possible, but I will not
compromise on the name of quality.
*Time is money so deadline for each
thing is important because deadlines
help us to finish our work before time
so I will keep deadline mainly in
production area so that backup can
be maintained while purchasing. On
top of this I will purchase raw material
when my restaurant is less busy
because on that time it is much
easier for my staff to set the delivery
items on their proper places. *Every
problem comes with some solution
likewise if consumers are facing
problem, I will try to cover those
problems by providing them products
according to their needs on best
competitive price with quality.as we
know consumers are the king of
business.
*Labor and raw material are main
component of any restaurant. I will try
to manage both under 50,000$.
because it’s just a startup and we
can’t invest large amount in starting.
*project purpose: -Every restaurant
has a target customer for establishing
themselves in the market in the
similar manner my main purpose is to
establish my restaurant by serving
youngster’s good quality of food
according to their interest. In which
main objectives are as follows: -
*More technical: - our youth is more
technology oriented.so I want to use
more technology in my restaurant. for
example, screen ordering etcetera.
*Less physical interaction: -I will try to
keep physical interaction as low as
possible by taking order online or
providing home deliveries because it
is not safe these days due to
COVID19 so it is one of the main
objectives of my restaurant because
public safety is must.
*Nutritious and tasty food: -Foremost
and important objective is taste as
my restaurant name represents that
listen to your tongue. Scope of the
proposal
*Growth and development: -By
introducing screening order
development can be seen because
earlier people must wait in line for
placing order in self served
restaurant
*Covid-19 measures: -When
physical interaction is avoided it will
automatically lead to COVID-19
measures. Because maintaining
distance is important these days and
moreover our youth is also like to
place order online or home delivery.
*Customer satisfaction: - As
customer is a king of market so I will
try to satisfy him as much as
possible by providing tasty food in
their pocket friendly budget.
