To All BEEd Students who Have Enrolled Research 1 During the Second Semester A.Y 2019-2020
Guidelines for the Submission of Approved Research Proposal
1. All 26 groups will no longer proceed to gathering of Data. For groups who have underwent the
proposal defense, revise your manuscript based from the recommendations of the panel and submit a
hard copy and a soft copy (CD) of your research study to the research associate Ms. Runaliza Campos
on July 6, 2020 (Monday). Be sure that your paper underwent initial editing by a qualified grammarian.
In submitting your manuscript, please observe color coding: MW Group, Red Transparent Folder and
Red Slider, Friday Group: Blue Transparent Folder and Blue Slider
2. For those groups who were not able to defend their Thesis Proposal, please observe the following
protocols:
 Print 3 copies of your manuscript, 2 for your teacher panelists and 1 for our external panelist
(Dr. Alvin O. Cayogyog).
 In your manuscript, attach to the front (after the Title Page) the Original Downloaded research
instruments, the filled-up Research Proposal Evaluation Form (RPEF), and the Records of
Proceeding Form (RPF). These RPEF and RPF will be sent to you through Angelie B. Canto.
 Give a copy each of your panelist who are the faculty members of your school.
 For Dr. Alvin O. Cayogyog send them via LBC and I will be the one to deliver these research
papers to his residence. I would like to request Angelie Canto to collect all the manuscript and
send them as one to save some amount.
 You will NOT undergo a face-to-face proposal defense and you will NOT proceed to gathering
of data anymore.
 When your research papers are returned, revise them based from the recommendation of the
panel and submit a hard copy and a soft copy (CD) of your manuscript to the research
associate Ms. Runaliza Campos for safe keeping. The deadline for the submission will be on
July 20, 2020 (Monday). In submitting your manuscript, please observe color coding: MW
Group, Red Transparent Folder and Red Slider, Friday Group: Blue Transparent Folder and
Blue Slider
 The Research Proposal Evaluation Form (RPEF) from the panelists should likewise be sent via
LBC for grading purposes if I cannot still go back to San Franz yet on the date of the deadline
due to restriction protocol of the LGU.
