What can I expect?
• The test consists of five questions which include
four case studies and an essay question.
• With each case study is a set of questions
designed to allow you to show off your knowledge
and understanding of what is happening in those
scenarios.
• You must answer all the questions.
• The test represents 50% of your overall mark
(although it is marked out of 100 points)
Where do I find the
test?
• Go to the assignment section
• The paper will be released at the stipulated time
• There are two routes. Please ensure you choose the
correct route for you.
• The routes are dependent on where you study:
Route 1 is for students who study at CTS college
(Trinidad), SITAL college (Trinidad) NHC (UK) and
Raffles college (Indonesia)
Route 2 is for students who study at TMUC colleges

The £10M question

What should I revise?


In this test you are asked to apply the information, theories
and models you have learned about throughout the module
to four different leadership situations in four different
organisations and you are also required to explain your
rationale.
Eg you have recently written an essay on leadership styles
in which you might have applied models such as: Fiedler’s
Contingency model, Lewin’s Leadership styles,
Tannenbaum and Schmidt’s Leadership continuum or
Blake and Mouton’s Managerial/Leadership grid
Understanding the difference between leadership and
management, different leadership styles and behaviours,
sources of power, motivation and engagement, working
with teams, organisational control, structures, effectiveness
and culture.
