Overview of the Course Design

Figure 1: The map of the project

As it starts the robot needs to follow the metal strip, therefore, the builder of the robot
has to make the robot with a metal strip reader. The first obstacle is a hole. The robot
has to avoid all the holes, it should not fall in them. The robot also needs to follow
the path with the points accordingly, where there is not a metal strip, so that it can
find its way properly. After the second hole, the robot needs to follow along the metal
strip, and find its way through many holes. After passing those holes successfully, a
harder challenge awaits for the robot. This time it needs to identify the rocks placed
on his way. Then it needs to put all the rocks in to the hole to clear the path. On the
other hand, the robot must detect, read and follow along the instructions given from
the LED flasher, while doing all of the other challenges. Finally, the robot faces
another rock challenge. Once it completes this last challenge, the robot successfully
finalizes the path.
