This charger is capable of jump starting them if they are 2 12V batteries connected in parallel.

I need to install the battery charger inside a Food Truck in order to charge the batteries answer

that provide power for the kitchen inside the Food Truck. Can I Install the SE-3000
Battery Charger laying down, or sideways or must it operate only upright?

This unit should be operated only in an upright position.

do you have a model that willwork in 220 VAC 50/60 HTZ answer

Hello. The only charger that can work in both 120 and 220 VAC 50/60 Hz is the INC-700A. That is a model
with 4/20/70 amp charge settings.

I am looking for a charger SE 3000 with input voltage 120-220VAC . I am sure about answer

120VAC but will it work at 220VAC as well.

Hello. This charger is for use on a 120 VAC only.
