change, and organizational change. In the 21st century, everyone wants to be the leader
of an organization.

commerce challenges stem from customer expectations and options and ongoing
uncertainty, rising only as a result of the increase in online shopping.
• Technology: The concept of technology is easy to understand, but it is time consuming.
Hence, the pool of interest remains a challenge in the 21st century.

care about their employee. That is why the death rate of the new generation is increasing
day by day.
• Learning and Development: HR managers do not prepare an employee for a specific
job. Due to the pool of information, the work does not do very well in order.
 Planning Sequence: The decision as to who will be promoted is known as sequencing
planning. Everyone wants to get their promotion. If someone does not get his promotion,
he is using something illegal to get a promotion.
• Human Resources and Skills: In the 21st century, there is a shortage of employment.
And those who have their jobs, they don’t have the right skills because of the training
pool.
 Compensation: In the 21st century, everyone wants to get compensation. If a
company comes to fulfill the wishes of its employees, after a few days, the company will
