SWOT Analysis of LSPU Human Resource

Strength – The LSPU Human Resource believes that each employee disserves a
chance to grow professionally so they offer seminars and trainings.
Weakness – I think the weakness of LSPU Human Resource is that it cannot give
the proper training to each employee per discipline, maybe due to a
large number of employees, they can only give trainings and
seminars in generic form. For example, all employees across
campuses need trainings in research.
Opportunity – The LSPU opportunity is that they have a bright employee that
someday will become its employees that eventually contributes to the
workforce of LSPU.
Treats – The treats of LSPU human resource is that more than or maybe half of the
lspu employees are not permanent, some are part timers and even
job order for a very long period of time.
