What is COVID-19?
COVID-19 is caused by a coronavirus called
SARS-CoV-2. Older adults and people who
have severe underlying medical conditions like
heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at
higher risk for developing more serious
complications from COVID-19 illness.

Hand Washing Tips:
1. Remove any jewelry
2. Wet hands with running water
3. Apply soap
4. Rub hands together for at least 20
seconds
5. Wash all areas, including between fingers
6. Rinse hands and turn off water
7. Dry hands thoroughly with a paper towel
● The mask should cover your
mouth, nose and chin, with the
colored side facing outwards.
● Pinch the metal edge of the
mask so that it presses gently on
the bridge of your nose.
