•Add 2 drops of Kovac’s Reagent •Confirm Yeasts and Moulds by
FOOD SYSTEM 40 tests 71680 to the well 8-IND for confirming taking a drop from the well
H2O2 REAGENT 10 mL 80057 the relevant ID. 12-Y/M and watch for spores
at the microscope (400x).
KOVAC’S - REAGENT 4X25 mL 80271 •Add 2 drops of Reagent H2O2 •Note down the test results on
to the well 11-CAT and watch for the form provided in the kit,
OXIDASE TEST STICK 50 sticks 88029 the formation of bubbles. or read and interpret with
automatic readers.
