I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude
to my teacher Mrs. Emily P. Muerong as well as our
principal Mr. Robert M. Tababa who gave me the
golden opportunity to do this wonderful project about
Portfolio which also helped thankful to me in doing a
lot of Research and I came to know about so many new
things I am really very thankful to them.

Secondly I would also like to thank my parents and

friend who friends who helped me a lot in finalizing
this project within the limited time frame. I will also
thank my brother and my cousin that who helped me
with this portfolio project to be better.

I dedicate to my mother Yvette Marie M. Tabula
for supporting me to do this project and not
letting me down ever shes the one that give me
life and love me with all her heart. And I
dedicate this to my teachers in Kinder, Grade 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 as well for teaching me how to
read to identify to write and for teaching me
good manners and learning something new
everyday.

I dedicate this to our principal as well for letting

me a opportunity to go to this marvelous school I
am into and letting me do some projects like
cleaning the school with my friends and other
more.
 PUPIL’S PROFILE
My name is Shane Marie M. Tabula, and my birthday is November
16, 2009, I am eleven years old, I am from Sto Domingo Urdaneta
City Pangasinan. My favorite colors are Blue, Black, White, Grey
and lastly Turquoise and Aqua blue. My parents name are Yvette
Marie M. Tabula (Mother) and Oscar S. Tabula (Father), and my
siblings names are Ryan Dale M. Tabula (Older Brother) and Jan
Leonard M. Tabula (Younger Brother). My hobbies are dancing,
singing, and drawing. My favorite cartoon character when I was a
child are Barbie, Mickey Mouse and Hello Kitty now is Spongebob. I
have my ambition too my ambition is being a Dentist and an
Architect why because I want to fix people teeths so they can smile
happily and I want to be an Architect because I love to draw. And
by reaching for my dreams I will be a hard working pupil and I will
try to study hard so I can reach my dreams. I do have a favorite
food it is Vegetables, Fruits and lastly Chicken and Pizza. And my
motto is Happiness doesn’t result from what we have but is from
what we give.

When I was on age 3,4,5 I have the best life there because I have
friends, cousins and niece that keep supporting me and loving me
always even tho we fight. Ive always love my whole family, cousins
and other more of my relatives the way their our. But my number 1
supporter is my Father and my Mother, they are always by my side
whenever I was in contest or project. They do not let me down to
what my dreams are and my brothers are my 2 supporters even
though we may fight at some times we still love each other in our
hearts because they say what are siblings for, they are the one that
always make me laugh, smile and always make me feel better
when someone is bullying or fighting me. I love my family the way
there are even if we fight we will always love each other
unconditionally. I will be supporting them too on what their path. I
love myself and my family and my relatives.
