FACT :

1. There was no correlation between length of time undergoing hemodialysis therapy and
compliance with fluid intake in patients with chronic kidney disease with a p value of
0.351 (p value> 0.05).
2. Based on Nutrition Network data (2007), there are 150 thousand kidney patients in
Indonesia and 3 thousand people who need kidney replacement therapy (Firmansyah,
2010).
3. The results of Kamaluddin's research (2009) showed that 67.3% of patients were
obedient and 32.7% of patients were not obedient in reducing fluid intake in Dr.
Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto.
4. In RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, the number of kidney disease patients undergoing
hemodialysis in the hemodialysis room in 2009 was 54 people and in 2011 it increased to
