1.What type of web ads do you recommend for promoting “Cloth25”, and why? Mention that
which type of ads are most effective for “Cloth25” at different stages of the customer life-cycle.

Answer: Web Ads are very different because of the customer. For different customer’s need there are
many web ads available. Because of the industry which ‘Cloths25’ related to them must focus on
different designs, type, and style for advertising to grab the attention of all ages. For promoting their
brands some of my recommendation is given below.

• Acquisition: This is a very serious and complicated part of the cycle. On this stage you convert
your consumer to your clients by approaching them those products that they want to buy by give them
the confidence and security by your website.

• Conversion: This is the stage you should not only sell your product only; you must build your
value in the customer’s mind. This is the stage you must convert your seasonal customer to permanent
customer by using video promotion like YouTube, online gaming platform, and many more.

• Retention: After that stage you must try to use your customer as a product or value for your
company as a web-site viewer and give them the proper service every time for the intention to sell
every time.

• Loyalty: This is the main stage for a customer lifecycle. By this stage customer always buy from
your company and recommend your company to others. In this stage you might use some special adds
for your special customer.
