Notes & Emails

1. Recent Activity - the dashboard gives you a quick overview of the most recent activity
within Tactile. You can decide what's shown on your dashboard by selecting one of the
predefined filters or by creating your own custom view using our handy dashboard tool.

2. Recent Activity (Email) - quickly see the most recent emails that have been sent into the
system by you and your colleagues - a great way to keep up to date with the important

communications that are being sent.

3. Recent Activity (Files) - quickly see the files most recently uploaded to Tactile.

4. Recent Activity (Notes) - quickly see the most recent notes that have been added into
Tactile so you are always up to date with what is going on.

5. Pipeline Report - the dashboard gives you a quick visual overview of your current sales
pipeline and links to our powerful graphing area.

6. Recently Viewed Items - The "recently viewed items" box keeps track of what you have
been looking at so you can quickly view them again should you need to.

7. Your Activities - helping you to keep on top of the things you need to do (and have
missed!). We show you your overdue tasks, those due to today, some of your tasks that
are upcoming and all your tasks you have scheduled in 'to do at somepoint'.

Organisations
Tactile lets you can store information about Organisations you deal with such as their account
number, how they found you, address/phone/fax details etc.

1. Tags - Tactile has tags; you can add them to most things (organisations, opportunities,
activies, people) and then search using them (and combinations of them). This shows you
what the organisation is currently tagged as and you can edit them inline here.

2. Organisation Information - you can record a variety of information about organisations.

You can setup all of the custom fields on the right hand side to reflect your
organisation/sector.

3. Notes and Emails - all your notes and emails about the organisation, people, opportunities
and activites are shown here to get a quick overview of what has been going on.

4. Extra Information - when the organisation was added/updated and who can edit and/or
see it.

are shown here (and they can all be edited inline), as well as people, opportunities,

People

1. Person Information - you can record a variety of information about a person and how you
can contact them. You can also attach them easily to organisation and click through to the
company to find out more.

2. Notes and Emails - all your notes and emails about the person and any opporunities or
activites that are attached to them are shown here to get a quick overview of what has been

3. Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone, fax, email and postal addresses
are shown here (and of course they can all be edited inline), as well as opportunities,
activities and files that are attached to the person.

Opportunities
Opportunities let you track sales and potential sales with new and existing clients. You can get
a brief overview of them on the dashboard.

1. Tags - Tactile has tags, you can tag most things (organisations, opportunities, activies,
people) and then search on tags (and combinations of them). This shows you what the
person is currently tagged as and you can edit them inline here.

2. Opportunity Information - You can record and track information about each opportunity.
The values on the right (such as status, source) etc. are all configurable by you in the
admin module and can be used to target Tactile toward your organisation/sector. You can
also see all the notes associated with the opportunity.

3. Updating and Archiving Opportunities - You can easily update the sales stage of
opportunity or archive it when complete ensuring only the items you are working on appear
on your dashboard.

4. Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone and email addresses are show
here for the organisation/person the opportunity is attached to as well as activities and files.

Activities

1. Activity Information - You can record and track information about each activity and assign
them to other colleagues to complete. You can also see all the notes associated with the
activity.

2. Complete/Uncomplete - Quickly mark tasks as complete or reopen them so you can

track what is happening.

3. Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone and email addresses are show
here for the organisation/person the activiy is attached to as well as files.

Tactile lets you record notes, upload files against and attach emails against organisations,
people and opportunities recorded in the system. This is a great way to easily see all of the
contact you have with organisations and an easy way to keep track of communications across
your organisation.
