CASH 1 provides valuable services and information via telephone calls, SMS text messaging,
automated voice messages, ringless voicemail, and email. These services may include account
information and documentation, loan activity alerts, payment reminders, announcements,
promotions, discounts and coupons, valuable financial resources, and other important
information. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to opt-out
from receiving SMS text messages or email, you may do so by following the instructions below.

SMS TEXT MESSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize CASH 1 to transmit account related
information and sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number, and you
consent to the receipt of SMS text messages from us at the number(s) you provide. Your carrier’s
message and data rates may apply to SMS text messages that we send to you.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS text service may include your name,
address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, and the date, time, and content of your
messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS text messages, as
delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS text message
services are provided on an “as is” basis.

SMS TEXT MESSAGE OPT-OUT

You may opt-out and exclude your phone number from receiving additional messages by replying
“STOP” to a SMS text message you receive from CASH 1. You may also opt-out by replying
“END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” OR “QUIT.” You will receive a STOP confirmation
reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association.

SMS TEXT MESSAGE HELP OR SUPPORT

For assistance or additional information regarding our SMS text messaging, please email us at
compliance@cash1loans.com, call us at (855) 504-5941, or reply “HELP” to a SMS text message
you receive from CASH 1.

EMAIL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By providing CASH 1 with your email address(es), you authorize us to send email messages to
you at the address(es) provided, and you consent to the receipt of email messages from us. Please
add customerservice@cash1loans.com to your safe sender list or email address book. Email
services are provided on an “as is” basis.

EMAIL OPT-OUT
If you wish to unsubscribe from future promotional email messages, please email us at
compliance@cash1loans.com or call us at (855) 504-5941. In addition, all of our promotional
email messages include an easy link to unsubscribe from future messages and manage your email
subscription options.

CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION

I authorize CASH 1 and/or its representatives and affiliates, subject to applicable law, to contact
me as set forth in this Communications Policy at any phone number or email address that I
provide to CASH 1.
