JUSTIFICATION

TO ALL TO WHOM THIS CONCERN MAY COME:

This is to justify that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Office needs to

provide meals for more than ten (10) persons every Monday and on
other days as well because of activities related to its mandated
functions.

According to the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 8 th /Sangguniang

Panlalawigan of Davao de Oro, its regular sessions will be held every
Monday. However, if the scheduled regular session falls on a holiday,
the next day will be the regular session day. Special sessions may also
be called upon the request of the Local Chief Executive or by a majority
of the members of the sanggunian. During these regular/special
sessions, meals and snacks will be provided for the fifteen (15) members
of the sanggunian, invited resource persons and guests.

Aside from regular and special sessions, caucuses, committee meetings,

public hearings and other related activities will also be held from time to
time as the need arises. In these activities, meals and snacks will also
be served for more than ten (10) persons.

The session hall, SP lounge and Multi-purpose/conference hall where

such meals and snacks will be served is spacious enough to
accommodate the members and guests taking into consideration the
physical distancing requirement and other safety and health protocols.
