    CIRCULAR NO.5/1984
    WORKING HOURS DURING FASTING MONTH

    Your attention is kindly drawn to the Prime Minister’s Office Circular No.7/1984
    date 25th April, 1984 on working hours (from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.) during the fasting
    month.

    It is emphasized that all members of the staff, Muslims or non-Muslims not to go


    out/back home for lunch or drinks at noon during the fasting month. Non-Muslims are
    encouraged to make their own provisions to fill their requirements throughout the
    working hours.
