Good afternoon,

To ensure alignment between all operational teams, I would like to set up a BEO discussion meeting to
align the following topics:

BEO Meeting – every Thursday 4 pm

Topics for discussion

1. Event report list for 2 weeks coming;

2. Weekly Check;

3. Discussion BEO change log;

Please note that I will be sending all BEO´s and event listing every Monday evening to ensure you are all
prepared to the upcoming meeting.

We will adjust the meetings as operation gets under way and we gain a better understanding of specific
needs.

Meeting rooms will change according to availability but all on the meeting room zone on the 1st floor, I
will let you know as I send the BEO´s.
