Special Instructions
1. Letters have been sent to your email address. If you have not received them, please inform me
ASAP.
2. Room assignments are FINAL. Any special requests will be handled internally.
3. Check-in time: 3 pm onwards.
4. Attire:
a. Regional Assembly (Nov 23, 2023) – White Coat
b. Lecture Series (Nov 24, 2023) – Per Chapter
5. Food:
a. November 23, 2023 – Dinner will be served (plated)
b. November 24, 2023
i. Breakfast – Buffet
ii. NO AM snack
iii. Lunch – Buffet
iv. PM Snack
6. Chapter Secretaries, please make yourselves available in the registration area during our Day 1.
Regional AMHOP Assembly to facilitate the registration of attendees. Be there at least 30 minutes
before the Registration time for a short meeting.
7. CHAPTER Presidents/Interim Presidents, be there at least 30 minutes before the Registration
Time (Day 1) for a short meeting.
8. For Attendees, we encourage you to be present during the assembly.

9. Some items for distribution are on a first-come, first-served basis.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODERATORS:

1. Please wait for your speaker outside the registration area and lead them to their designated area.
2. If they have materials for the presentation, kindly ask for them and hand them over to Ma’am Jen.
3. Introduce the speaker in less than 2 minutes before their lecture (I will provide the script during
our Regional Assembly).
4. Prepare at least 2 questions on your assigned topic (in case we feel hesitant to ask questions
again). You can ask these questions if there is still time within the speaker's allotted period; if not,
pose the questions during the open forum.
