a. Activity Night (Feb 23) - Went great! ~40-50 people and it lasted for several hours. Most
Review of the food was eaten.

b. Grad Minds X SWE ~15 attendees in person. All panelists there. Entire discussion
(Feb 21) - Review recorded and a list of resources compiled.

c. ROM (March 7) - Things are ready! Maximum number of registrants has been
Preview reached.

d. Grad Minds X English No new updates.

4. Policy/advocacy
a. Share Your Story Form and description created. To be sent through UTGSU
digest this week. Depending on response, will advertise to
individual departments. Stories to be post on the website and
social media.
 5. Marketing/communication
a. Social Media Pictures from movie night and activity night to be posted.
b. Newsletter - March Newsletter to go out in the middle of March.

6. Treasury updates
a. Budget update Still well within budget.
b. Reimbursement All reimbursements are now being processed.

7. Any other business

a. OISE Graduate Opportunity to host a booth and wellness activity as part of the
Research Conference OISE conference. More details posted within the general
Discord channel.
