a. Review Some interest to host a few over the summer. Will see if
anyone one would like to lead this
● Will continue offering unique mental health workshops in

a. Share Your Story ● To advertise Share your Story to student groups and

best share. Will post on the website.

4. Marketing/communication
a. Social Media - Pictures ● To post photos on social media
from events ● April Newsletter to go out this week recapping the years
b. Review events. Last newsletter of the academic year.

5. Elemental Magazine ● Fantastic 10th issue released. To share through the

digest, social media, website, and newsletter. Potentially
other places as well.

6. Treasury updates ● Sufficient budget remains to run other initiatives over the

a. Summer and next year ● To inform Curtis/Sophia of summer plans and if
plans interested in returning to the team next year.
● To start preparations of recruiting new executive team
